On March 19, 2025, Maine Metal Buildings, Inc. officially broke ground on their highly anticipated new 5-unit industrial building located right on Main Street in Gorham. The groundbreaking ceremony was a celebration of vision, hard work, and community — with an air of excitement and emotion that reflected the significance of the moment.
Tom Morton, owner of Maine Metal Buildings, was joined by his wife and business partner, Roberta Morton (Vice President), their dedicated crew, friends, and business partners from Great Falls Construction. Members of the Town of Gorham’s staff also attended, showing strong support for this important addition to the community.
With an expected completion date in January of 2026, this modern development is poised to reshape Main Street — setting a high standard for design and sparking future economic growth in the area.
