Summer Thursdays Is Back!
Get ready, Gorham! Summer Thursdays is back for another season of food, fun, community, and outdoor adventure at Little Falls Recreation Area.
Beginning Thursday, June 18, 2026, and continuing every Thursday through August 20, 2026, residents and visitors are invited to gather at Little Falls Recreation Area (664 Gray Road, Gorham, Maine) from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM for an evening filled with rotating food trucks, family activities, community organizations, and summer fun.
This year’s event series continues to celebrate Gorham’s incredible outdoor recreation opportunities while bringing the community together around great food and local connections.
Bring your friends, family, lawn chairs, pups, and appetite, and join us for another unforgettable summer at Little Falls!
Kickoff Event with Gorham Recreation
We’re excited to launch the 2026 season with help from our amazing Gorham Recreation Team!
Families can enjoy:
- Inflatables
- A tumble mat play area for younger children
- Yard games and outdoor activities
- Corn hole boards available throughout the event series
Be sure to bring your best underhand throw — spontaneous corn hole tournaments may break out throughout the summer!

Community Partners & Local Causes
Summer Thursdays continues to be about more than just great food — it’s also an opportunity to support important local organizations and community initiatives.
Gorham Food Pantry
The Gorham Food Pantry will be onsite collecting:
- Non-perishable food donations
- Monetary donations
Please consider bringing canned goods or shelf-stable items to help support Gorham families in need.
Animal Refuge League Pet Food Pantry
Our caring and compassionate Animal Control Officer, Hannah Michalewich, will also be collecting non-perishable pet food donations for the Animal Refuge League Pet Food Pantry located at 217 Landing Road in Westbrook.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
George Mageles, representing the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, will also be present at select events sharing information, resources, and opportunities to support suicide prevention awareness efforts.

Corn hole boards for the event series are also being made possible through partnerships with several Gorham businesses, which will be announced soon.
