Fall Event Series: A Way for Businesses to Get Involved

Sponsorship Materials:

Sponsorship Commitment Deadline: May 21
Logo Submission Deadline: May 21

Opportunity Overview:
The Town of Gorham is excited to share a sponsorship opportunity connected to a community-wide Fall Event Series taking place this October.

About the Event Series:
This series came together through a collaboration of ideas including Gorham Recreation’s annual Fall Festival, the Gorham Conservation Commission and Greater Portland NEMBA’s Spooky Bike Ride for all ages, and an evening celebration featuring a Beer Garden hosted by Rustic Taps and a screening of the Maine Outdoor Film Festival’s Selects Tour.

Why This Matters:
At its heart, this event series is about celebrating the community we are so fortunate to be part of. Gorham would not be the strong, dedicated, and vibrant ecosystem it is without the incredibly diverse businesses and organizations that continue to show up for it.

Who Can Participate:
Sponsorship opportunities have been intentionally designed to be as accessible as possible so that small businesses, newly established businesses, and organizations of all sizes have an opportunity to participate. Whether your business is located in Gorham or does business in Gorham, we would be grateful for the opportunity to include you in this community-focused event and showcase your support.

Important Deadline Information:
Because some of the promotional materials will be included in connection with Maine Outdoor Film Festival screenings, sponsorship commitment forms and logos are requested by May 21 so materials can be finalized prior to their marketing deadline.

We understand this is a quick turnaround. This deadline is primarily for confirming participation and collecting logos for marketing purposes. Payment and additional sponsorship details or customizations may be coordinated after that date, if needed.

Customization & Questions:
If you are interested but have questions, concerns, ideas for customization, or would like to discuss sponsorship cost or timing, please reach out. We would be happy to work with you where possible and explore ways to include your business, brand, or special event/activity in the broader promotion of this series.

Community Impact:
We are very excited about this opportunity to bring residents, businesses, and community partners together for a fun and memorable day of activities. Thank you to the businesses and organizations that have already generously committed, and thank you to those considering being part of this effort.
